Policies

 

• The guest can cancel free of charge until 14 days before arrival. The guest will be charged the first night if they cancel in the 14 days before arrival.  The guest will be charged the full amount if they cancel in the 7 days before arrival. The refund amount will be transferred back to the guest within 30 days from the cancellation.

• Check-in and check-out times:    Check-in from 14:00     Check-out until 11:00

• Guest details: The guests will have to provide their address, valid ID details and a phone number when they book and/or at arrival, as per local Dutch regulatory requirement

• Age limit: Minimum age: 18       Maximum age: No age limit

• House rules: Smoking is not allowed. Pets are not allowed. Parties/events are not allowed. No children under 6 years old can be accommodated.
